Codelijst - Rechtsgrond - DCJM

De lijstwaarden in de codelijst "Rechtsgrond" bevatten de wettelijke basis (de geschreven regels die goedgekeurd zijn door een wetgevende macht) die ervoor zorgen dat een dienst in de beleidsvelden Cultuur, Jeugd, Media, juridisch bestaat en kan uitgevoerd worden.

Het gaat over de inhoudelijke decreten, de uitvoeringsbesluiten erbij en, wanneer relevant, over de decreten die de middelen voorzien voor de ermee verbonden uitgaven.

In uitzonderlijk geval kan een dienst rechtstreeks verbonden zijn met een federale wet.

De codelijst bevat geen overzicht van wijzigende decreten of wijzigende uitvoeringsbesluiten (aangezien dergelijke regelgeving de oorspronkelijke regelgeving in voege laten).
